ROLEYSTONE FRONT YARD LANDSCAPING / GRAVEL DRIVEWAY
Before and after shot. We dug into the embankment at the front of the house, to create a larger area for the driveway. We supplied rock used for rock pitching retaining, installed a subsoil drain to manage water runoff, and constructed a gravel driveway.

We worked closely with the property owner to construct a dam. The job involved locating the most suitable area for the dam & ensuring proper compaction of the dam walls.

Perth Hills Contracting provided excavator & bobcat services which included digging a trench for high voltage mains power, over 1 km long. The job required the digging of trenches to specific depths, the installation of conduit & electrical pits to required levels, as well as pulling though cables.

10 Unit Development in Gosnells
We provided site works for the construction of 10 units in Gosnells.
Faced with an empty lot, we raked over the site, delivered fill sand, compacted, trimmed to required levels and organised engineers reports.
After completing the earthworks, we performed site clean ups and prepared the driveway and car park for paving.

Our customer had an existing house on a very steep block. There was no room out the back of the house.
2 m from the backdoor we where faced with a 45° slope. Carefully, we dug out the area behind his house leaving a large backyard.
All rock was re-used as retaining on site
