How long can I have the bin?
7 days, longer or shorter rental can be arranged.
Where can the walk-in bin go?
Most of the time the bin is delivered onto your driveway, a minimum driveway width of 2.6 metres is required and a length of up to 18 metres of driveway and road is required;
this includes the room for the bin and the truck.
If you need the bin placed on your street you will need to contact your local council for approval.
What can’t I put into the bin?
Hazardous waste, asbestos, mattresses, contaminated soils,
gas bottles and tyres will all occur additional costs, to be arranged before hire.
How high can I fill the bin?
You can fill the bin to water level only. If the bin is overfull the operator may remove or require you as the customer to remove some of the material so that it is safe to transport.
When and how can I pay?
All payments are to be made within 7 Days of bin hire. This can be done by EFT, credit card or payment to the driver on delivery. The contents of the walk-in bins remain the property of the customer
until full payment is made.
How much notice do I need to book in a walk-in bin?
We usually need two days’ notice, although same day and next day services can sometimes be arranged.
